Being fully aware of the complexities of Art Law and having in depth knowledge of its particular nature, Kirki Patsianta offers legal advice to artists, galleries and collectors in relation to commercial art transactions and artists’ rights, such as intellectual property rights, artistic freedom and artists’ labor rights. 

Her goal is to fully respond to the clients’ needs in the context of cases combining specific issues of Art Law with issues related to various other fields of Law.
